- Copy of the invoice.
- Commercial Invoices.
- Application submitted by the Company.
- The Applicant submits the request online under a transfer category.
- Customs Officers study the request and decide whether to approve or reject the same.
- The concerned customs office is entitled to transfer the declaration from one port to another.
- One hour to twenty-four hours.
- In case the request is submitted by the concerned party, such party shall pay the service fees. In case the request is issued by Customs, no service fees shall be imposed.
