Remote-Clearance Service
In order to contribute to curbing the spread of the Corona virus
In order to contribute to curbing the spread of the Corona virus, the Directorate General of Customs is pleased to provide the commercial community a remote-clearance service, which is not to require the presence of the owner of the goods or his representative (customs broker) for inspections procedures at sea and airports. Presence of the truck driver at land customs outlets is required.
The D.G.C. urge the commercial community to take advantage of the electronic services provided by the Customs Bayan System to ensure that their transactions are completed easily.
