3- A copy of the storage pit license from the Ministry

4- A copy of the vehicle license issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defence*

5-A copy of the employment contract*

6-Leak Test Certificate

7-letter of undertaking from the manufacturer to retrieve radioactive materials immediately after using

8- A copy of the purchase order

9- A list of the materials to be imported

10-Non-xray only allow if the importation port of entry is airport

1    Contract or Purchase Order under which the radioactive materials will be used *    
2    Vehicle Permit from Civil Defense Authority*    
3    Manufacturers undertaking to return of materials after their use and or decay

• Approval of the permits shall be within two hours of the application, during the official working hours and for seven days a week (All days).
• Release of Shipment round the clock, non-stop 24 hours; i.e. the release of the shipment submitted shall be within two hours of submitting the goods for the inspection of the relevant authority.
