Visit the Directorate General of Customs' website : (www.customs.gov.om)
Click on "Company Registration"
Enter your civil card number or use the activated electronic authentication system (PKI)
Enter the commercial registration number of the company

How do I add the companys sctivities to my account in Bayan system?

Entering the system with the company's official account and pressing on the management of the company
Choose the Company review field and press the Edit button
Select the activities required from the company's field of activity and press submit button.

How do I upadate the Commercial Registaration / Membership Certificate ?

First renew the Commercial Registration / Membership Certificate
The data will be updated automatically after the renewal of the commercial registration / affiliation certificate.

How do I create a pyment ticket?

liaise with the Payments Department.
Create a payment ticket.
Enter the reference number for the type of operation to be paid or press Select button and select the type of transaction to be paid
Click (Search) and create a payment ticket and fill in the bank's fields

In refunding fild, what does the decoument number mean?

It's customs declaration number associated with the refunding value process.

How do I add a role of ( public user ) to account of an authorzed company?

Login to the system with the Company director account and press the user Management button.
Choose a record field and fill in the required fields such as user ID and user name in both languages and choose to receive alerts in the system either by email or phone or both. And select the powers required
Press Save and submit.

You have a payment ticket that was created due to some malfunction unless the payment procedures are completed. What is the appropriate way to complete the payment ?

log in the Department of payments
click search of Ticket button
Enter the reference number for the type of interaction to be paid or press the Select button and select the type of transaction to be paid
Click (Search) and create a payment ticket and fill in the bank's fields

Entring wrong port at creating a customs declaration ?

Create an amendment request for the declaration if you select similar ports e.g. (land/land, sea/sea, or air/air)
The modification request is approved from wrong port that you have previously selected.
Create a cancellation request if you choose non-similar ports Example: (land/sea, land/air)
The cancellation request is approved by the wrong port that you previously selected.

Access to the customs site
Download files and choose customs tariff.

If you are a personal or govermmental user or a non-Omani company when forgetting the password

log in customs website.
Sign in and click forgot password
Enter the ID number (e.g. ID number / ID number in case of passport registration)
Press send password button for one time. The system will send the verification number to the phone or email.
Enter the verification word and press submit button
Choose your password.
