Login using this method requires Civil Identity/Resident Card issued by Directorate General of Civil Status, Royal Oman Police or USB Token device issued by Information Technology Authority (ITA).
Please contact call centre (refer contact us section in www.customs.gov.om) if you encounter any problems with Identity Card or USB Token device or login.
If your Civil Identity/Resident Card is not active. Please contact relevant issuing authority for necessary procedure.
As per customs announcement, Commercial Entity will be allowed accessing Bayan using PKI credential/Login. Please do needful and make sure all registered users have PKI enabled ID Card/USB Token to access Bayan.
Login using Mobile PKI method requires Mobile Subscriber SIM card is PKI enabled and must be registered with his Civil Identity/Resident Card. You may contact Information Technology Authority (ITA) for activation and for more details.
